Officially I am a personal trainer with 20 years of experience, 12+ certification including master personal trainer, core training, women specific training and an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree in exercise science, public health and psychology and Master Oasis Stress Management Coach.

WHAT DOES COACHING ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?
During our coaching, we will meet virtually through phone, Skype or FaceTime once a week weeks for 30 - 45 minutes*. During our sessions, we will tackle your health actions and the challenges that stand in your way. 

My unique mR40 method is unique a evidence based goal achievement model: Breaking down your goals into bite-sized 40 Day achievable milestones. Together, we will co-create an individual strategy and action plan based on your goals to move you towards your best self.

I will then provide detailed nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset recommendations to incorporate seamlessly into your busy life. Each following session will build upon the last and we will progress at whatever pace works best for you. In between sessions, you will have direct messaging access, and unwavering support.

Whether we work together one-on-one, in a group, in person or online each session will leave you feeling empowered, inspired and motivated. 

Together we'll transform your nutrition, exercise and mindset in a way that works for you and brings you LASTING results.

We will address topics beyond food and exercise, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life, such as mindset, productivity, clarity and goal setting. I will guide you to make simple, achievable changes that transform your life.  My 1-on-1 Coaching is a six-month direct support, access and coaching directly with me.

By the end of your program, you'll be lighter, healthier, happier, have more energy, and finally understand yourself and have a positive relationship with your body.
