- 60 Minute Zoom Video Call: You will get a one hour 1-on-1 video coaching session directly with me (Mubarakah) to review your nutrition, movement and lifestyle habits.
- Help Identifying Your Stuck Points: I will help you identify your "Meteor habit": The biggest thing that could make the difference in your health and happiness.

Post Session Summary and Video Recording: Within 48 hours you will receive a link via email to download your zoom call for personal use.
- Cost of Session Applied to Your Coaching Package:* The cost of this session is $297 one time fee and does NOT enroll you in any of my 1-on-1 coaching programs. However if you choose to sign up for 1-on-1 coaching, the amount will be taken off the total investment cost of your coaching package.
If you choose not to sign up for a coaching package there is no additional commitment. You can download out session and use the advice to get started on your health and wellness goal.

FAQ ABOUT 1-ON-1 SESSION
Is this a session with Mubarakah or a member of her team?
Yes, this is a personal session with me, Mubarakah.
Is this a session private?
Yes, this is a personal session private. No one else will be in the call, nor is it shared with anyone else but you.
How soon can I speak to Mubarakah?
Generally most sessions are scheduled with one week. You must first fill out a health assessment and goal form. After Mubarakah receives it then you will get a link to book an appointment with her.
Will I get a diet / exercise program during this session?
Unfortunately, I am not able to give a complete diet and exercise program during one coaching call. However, I am able to give you personalized recommendations based on the information you share with me about your health and fitness history and your future goals.
Can I invite someone else to the session.
No. This is a one-on-one session.
How much are your 1-on-1 coaching packages?
The cost of my 1-on-1 coaching of the coaching packages range between $3,500 - $12,000 depending on the length and frequency of our sessions.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The cost can be broken up into monthly payments.
Can I just pay for a couple sessions?
No. Results are achieved by consistency. Having "a couple sessions" is not the most effective way to achieve any goal.
Can you help me work on things other than just weight loss?
Yes. I help my clients achieve health and happiness. Sometimes that's just weight loss and sometimes that means a range of other things like feeling more spiritually whole or better time management. Together we will set goals and develop lifestyle habits around those goals.
